Please, do not mistaken the word 'text' by the term, ' I rather call than text. '
'Texting' mengikut terma remaja mase kini ialah bermain mesej dengan orang tertentu. Mungkin bersame keluarga, sahabat handai, atau mungkin juga dengan random guys/girls semate2 nak mengisi kebosanan yg ada dlm hidup mereka *sila bayangkan saye sedang bercakap laju pada ayat bergaris*Okay, this story might bore you as it consist of several part.
It all started when I got my first mobile phone. It was end of 2005. I was thrilled like the rest of other teenagers, who are dying to have their own phone. I used to text, a lot. But mostly to my fellow friends and family. As a teenager, I once drawn into these 'texting' world, where everything seems great. At the age of 14, I started to experiment things.
There was a time, where people can communicate with other people, discuss about things, interest, or anything that happened around the globe. It may look like forums. But all of these are done through mobile phones, not via internet. TV channels are the one that provide this kind of service. Example, 8tvChat, and Astro. Here, you can buy your own username, and then whenever you feel like to express your feelings, or maybe even response to other people, you can send a message, through your phone, and that message will appear on TV screen. Everyone can read your message there. At the same time, if you are interested with one of the user, you can send a private message through this, and request for that person phone number. (I don't know if you do understand)
Back to my story, I used this service before. Only few friends know about this (me getting involve with something like this. It is not secure actually.) I also got few request about giving out my phone number, and I did that. I text with these random guys, and some of it was nice, and others, let say I had been unlucky. Those conversations I had, it wasn't long. Only last for few days. I am the type of person who can get bored easily. Maybe that was the reason. There once a guy, who wanted to become my boyfriend. I am the girl who stands up what she believes in. I'm still holding into this idea where
1. I do not believe in a relationship that bond by knowing one another only by few days.
Teenagers, eager to have somebody to love, really do not mind the rule of getting known that person first.
